Signal Distribution of TV Antenna for better reception

There are several ways of distributing the signal from the television antenna, one of which is the direct method.

Where the transmission cable from the antenna is directly connected to the television set is called Direct Distribution Antenna.

There are times when the distance between the television transmitter and the television receiver is very far, so the signal is small/less strong.

For that we need an antenna amplifier which is usually called a Booster. The booster installation is located between the antenna and the television.

There are 2 kinds of boosters, namely (1) Indoor and (2) Outdoor. The indoor booster is installed close to the television set and placed inside the house.
Example of indoor booster brands are ....

My recommended Indoor Booster !

The outdoor booster is installed close to the antenna and is located outside the room/house.

Between the two booster models above, each has its own advantages and disadvantages. Indoor boosters have advantages such as being resistant to short circuits, because they are protected.

While the outdoor booster will have better results because it is closer to the antenna, so the signal from the antenna is directly amplified. Example of Outdoor Booster Brands are .....

My recommended Outdoor Booster !

Thus it can minimize signal noise / interference from outside. Installed booster as shown below.

The other method is called Distribution from One Antenna to more than One Television

One television antenna is usually intended only for a TV set. But actually it can also be used for more than one TV set. If in our house there are 3 TV sets, for example in the living room, family room and bedroom,

It is impossible for us to install 3 TV antennas. The easiest way is to branch the channel from the TV antenna to 3 existing TV sets.
As for how to use Splitter. Below is shown one TV antenna for 4 TV sets.

My recommended Splitter !

If the distribution signal from the antenna to many TVs and there are among the TVs that are far apart from antenna ,so it is need a booster or frequent booster is needed. The need for a booster here if the signal from the antenna does not arrive or is too weak to be received on a TV set that is far away. Boosters have different gains and are usually written in dB. The greater the dB value, the greater the gain that will be obtained.
The picture below shows the connection from one antenna to the TV, one of which is far from the antenna.
