To install and set up the Microsoft Phone Link app for syncing your smartphone and PC or notebook/laptop:

- To sync your messages: Go to Settings > Features > Messages. Toggle on the switch next to Sync messages and choose which messages you want to sync.

- To sync your contacts: Go to Settings > Features > Contacts. Toggle on the switch next to Sync contacts and choose which contacts you want to sync.
